::Terrible. They over promise and under deliver to a disheartening level. Billed for services that make you scratch your head. Reinforces bad lawyer stereotypes all around. Enjoy!

::Know someone who chose this firm and heard about how they absolutely ruined his open-shut case. According to this person's account, his junior lawyer (he was promised a senior rep) came utterly unprepared to court, did not listen to the client's input, and threw away every chance of recourse. Other information I learned point to shady practices on invoicing and transparency as well. Do not choose this firm.

::HORRIBLE. I know other people that had the same experience as T W. Dishonest and unethical. See this case for proof: Assaly v. Assaly, 2012 ONSC 2335 (CanLII)

::"We answer your questions and address your concerns. We make sure you are on board with every decision as we tailor a strategy designed to lead you to the best possible result in your legal matter." - ListerBeaupre. Formally as clients the ONLY soliciting/advocation rendered was lack of professional engagement and unethical do diligence. The matter was presented to the lawfirm January 2018, and has achieved 0 results within a respectable timeframe. The charges amounted to being excessive and misrepresented. The lawfirm assigned a Junior immigration lawyer to an estate matter. Whereby, the Junior lawyer actioned out the collection of the retainer fees and did not produce an itemized invoice (as most lawfirm practices abide to), until unprofessionally mentioned that the lawyer "feels" uncomfortable representing the matter. Poor practice of Law and Poor ethical tools or skill sets. Clients were rejected by council when requesting for a reduction to their excessive invoice charges...
