  I work at city hall and therefore I am always here. I have tried their breakfast and lunch as well as coffee and pretty much everything they have to offer. The food they have is middle eastern at lunch and it is all home made and honestly extremely good quality. The bad part is the food is sold per weight and if you want to have a decent meal the price comes up to 20 dollars or even more. It is simply too much for a quick bite. However they do have sandwiches that are 6.00 dollars with taxes. so The prices there are fair. Their coffee prices r good too. their breakfast prices are normal, you can get a bagel with butter for as little as 1.75 which is pretty good. So unfortunately only their lunch buffet items r expensive the rest is pretty good.

  Provides great lunch options at a reasonable price. Don't be afraid to ask for their espresso. It's worth it.

  I work at Ottawa City Hall and have bought tea at 111 Café many times. The smell of this place when you walk by is CRAZY. I mean, it's almost impossible to resist buying some food here - everything looks and smells delicious. It's a self-serve concept where you get your contained weighed at the cash. There are at least 20 different dishes on the "buffet" and the variety is great. I LOVE their parsley salad and their chicken (tastes a bit like heaven). Their pasta salads are also great, very tasty and well seasoned (you do not need to add salt!) Everything I have tried, I have liked. No complaining here. Oh, and the prices are good too. A medium-sized contained pretty filled up is about 8.50$ with tax. Enjoy!

  Lisgar Cafe is a great place for breakfast and lunch. Canadian breakfast is cooked to order and lunch is absolutely delicious. The menu includes a wide range of Canadian and Chinese food. Fresh muffins and sandwiches are prepared daily. Chinese stir-fry plates are very delicious and you are tempted to go back after the first try. This place is a little know secret in the heart of downtown Ottawa. It is frequently visited by the City of Ottawa employees. You have to try it to believe what I have experienced.
