  Receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I asked for a straight cut with texturing and got an uneaven cut from right to left (almost lost an inch). Not even worth the small price I paid. Now going to get it fixed elsewhere.

  I always have a great experience when I go to L'mage. (Imad) the owner does my hair I usually go once a week for a blowdry sometimes twice. If you have thick long hair Imad is best in Ottawa for Blowdrys not to mention he also is amazing hightlights colour and cuts. I always leave salon feeling amazing. The staff is also very professsional and friendly. I would recommend this salon to anyone wants a great style. Love Love Imad Best Stylist in Ottawa.

  You will be greeted with smiles and kind words, the ladies there are all very lovely and keep up conversation so it's not an awkward encounter. I live in Kanata and still bus to see the same hair stylist. Prices are good for a non-barber shop and so if you want barber shop prices, go to one of those.

  Gotten my hair cut here a few times and they've been quick and done a great job. Pricing is also very good at 20 dollars for a standard men's cut. Definitely recommend
