  Sean was extremely helpful in my visits to Lids. I came in looking for a Cleveland Browns hat, and he showed me all of the available options they had. He even went out of his way to look for a size that they most likely didn’t have. He also went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of the whole time. And I’m not going to lie, he was very handsome; this made my visit to Lids much more enjoyable.

  I brought my own hat to have some embroidery done and the assistance manager sean destroyed my hat and wouldn't replace my hat or offer a solution for damages done
