  Absolutely horrible. They forgot to file my taxes, claimed that they had, blamed CRA, then refused to return the original charitable donation receipts. This is a business to be avoided at all cost. It should be shut down by CRA and quickly, before other taxpayers are harmed. UPDATE (11 April 2017): 8 months and $4,000 later, I was able to regain possession of the charitable receipts taken and unlawfully held by John Reid. This only happened thanks to the intervention of the Ottawa Police Service (kudos to the very competent detectives involved). If you have time, money, and peace of mind to throw away, John Reid is your guy. Otherwise, run the other way.

  John and Nicolas are wonderful. I've been going there for over a decade. John always makes doing taxes painless and their knowledge and caring can't be beat.

  I didn't receive my taxes or my paperwork which means they didn't process it properly. There was no communication either, their terrible they only improvise. It's not worth it. Im sure no one has had success with them. It's a setback.
