  Fantastic location, views and services. Our upper floor unit was quiet. The bedding was comfortable and it made up for the need to modernize the apartment living space. The adjacent shopping, gym and entertainment facilities served us well during our stay.

  La Cite is by far the best place to live if you're looking for an apartment in Downtown Montreal. It is so convenient: it has an underground access to everything you need: grocery store, pharmacy, dollar store and restaurants. Management is super nice and friendly and always try their best to accommodate your needs. 5 stars!

  J'ai été impressionnée par le système de location en place à La Cité, qui permet à chacun(e) de trouver rapidement le bon appartement qui correspond à notre budget, qu'il soit petit ou grand! Les agents de location font un excellent travail (merci Marie Marcoux pour ton grand professionalisme!) et sont disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. J'ai très hâte d'emménager dans mon appartement!

  Overall a decent place to live. Prices vary depending on what you need, but for a good practical place downtown with a miniature mall underground, it's not too bad. But overall it's a *practical* place to live, that's for my taste. Great for all ages, but would honestly recommend more for students than anyone else. Conclusion, a good place to live till you can afford your own house.

  I have been living at La Cite for over 15 years and I could sum up my experience with one word, fantastic! It is centrally located and close to the heart of downtown and it's main shopping streets and numerous cultural activities. In the La Cite complex there is a shopping center in the basement and a gym which you have access to in the winter and that is very convenient and practical. The buildings are well kept, noise level low and living here is all in all a great living experience. The company that runs the place is well organized and structured and responds quickly to all and every request. My dealings with La Cite have always been through the rental agent Stella Catallano who has always been there to help make me feel that I matter to them and that I am satisfied with the services offered. I highly recommend the complex to anyone who wishes to stay here for a short or long term stay.
