  Bonjour! Je voulais vous dire que je demeure depuis 2 ans au appartement jacques-cartier et suis très satisfaite du service et le bloc 65 sais très tranquille, les gens du bureau son toujours souriant. Je voudrais remercie la compagnie skyline pour le bon support.

  Gross and unsanitary. They also say that they will repair stuff but they have no clue what they’re doing so the problem looks solved but it’s really not or just blatantly obvious it’s badly repaired. They basically put a plaster on the issue and that’s it. They don’t want to pay up to call the appropriate people to fix the problems. Some people that live there are so dirty. They leave old leaky trash bags in front of the trash chute, it can be really full at times, so you can’t even throw your garage out. So the chance of getting roaches and bed bugs are very high! Save yourself money and time by not moving there. Ps: the price for what you get is seriously bad, it’s not worth it either.

  Shady money tactics. Never go live there. I've called to negotiate my contract 3 months prior to the automatic lease renewal but got stuck in the our ''Manager is not there'', phone calls redirection and waiting on emails. Of course now the 3 months has passed and told me they we're in no obligation to negotiate since I had to give the notice prior to those months and was forced to accept the monthly fee for the rent. Also make sure to check your bank account. There was one month where they debited twice in the same month from my bank account causing an overdraft and couldn't reimburse me right away so I had to pay for those additional fees for their mistake.

  Looks very nice , the apartments are nice ! But what people don't know is there apperent buildings have cockroaches!!! Its discusting!! Moved in June 2016 and now its October just happen last month!!! They come to " spray " it does nothing!!! I've found 5 in total so far before and after the spray!!! Same with my sister in law who moved in a month before us!! Many tenants have complained about this and nothing is being done to fix this problem right!!! I've seen them in the laundry mat I've seen them in the hall ways in the elevator its out right gross!!! I'm 5 months pregnant this isn't want I want mg baby around they carry many diseases!! I signed a lease for a year and think I'll be breaking it I forbid to leave here any longer!! Don't move in here!
