::My boyfriend and I went into Leon’s to essentially window shop for our new place in June. We had an appliance in mind and found a Samsung instead that we really liked. We had a great experience with Matthew Sutherland, he was a pleasure to speak with. Wasn’t pushy, was super understanding and listened to what our needs were. Although we did not purchase the appliance today, we will be returning in the near future and will be looking to speak with Matthew.

::Their prices are as good as you'll find and they price match if you happen to find a better price. The main reason I use Leon's is because they have almost everything in stock. So I don't have to wait.

::My salesman wasn't the greatest to deal with he gave me misleading time frames for delivery of my products (late by 2 months). The quality of the bedroom furniture is great. The manager of the store has taken very good care of any situations that have come up since the purchase.

::I had a great experience in store. Sales person was very knowledgeable and found us exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. We waited 6+ weeks for our bed to be delivered. After it was delivered(box was already torn and damaged upon arrival) my fiancé and I noticed that the headboard had multiple cracks in it, there were screws missing, and there was a whole chunk missing off one of the posts. The quality of the product was horrible. I called the store to see what could be done and after being put on hold three times I was told they would have someone call me back later. So I waited. I finally received a call from a customer service rep who told me there wasn’t much she could do for me. I never once received an apology or felt like she cared at all about what had happened. Her tone of voice was rude and she was quite short with me seeming like she didn’t have time to deal with an unhappy customer. She also told me they had nobody available to come pick the bed back up until a week later. Seriously??!! So at the end of the day my fiancé and I decided we would return the bed ourselves and go somewhere else. We ended up finding a very similar bed frame somewhere else for a GREAT PRICE and the customer service we received there was impeccable. Never under estimate the value of good customer service as it can make or break a sale. I’m sorry to say but Leon’s has lost another customer.
