  I have been going to Leone's for years and have nothing but positive things to say. They are always friendly and honest, won't charge you for things you don't need. I highly recommend this place for your automotive repairs.

  I have been a customer of Leone's Service Centre for at least 15 years if not more. Over the years that I have had my cars fixed there, I had never had any issues about the work they did. They are honest and do an excellent job everytime. Since I use my car for a living, I need to go to a good garage where I don't have to worry if the job was done properly. Before the mechanic works on my car, he tells me what needs to be changed/fixed. So much that I trust them, that they have my permission to change anything that is a safety issue when my car is being fixed for something else. They always told me what they did and they also tell me in advance if something else needs to be replace soon. Also at times, the owner lent me a car (so that I would be able to work) when my car was being fixed. He did that for other regular customers too. I am also extremely grateful that, when at times of financial difficulties that he let me pay as much as I can at my pays. It is not every garage that would do that for their customers. As for their rates, they are in the norm.They're cheaper than dealerships. Kudos to Tony and Agostino

  I went here in mid November 2015 with a brand new alternator to replace my old one. I had mentioned that if there is any more work to be done to call me. I show up at the end of the day just expecting to be paying for labour, he then hands me a bill for labour and 2 new belts, both parts were marked up to about 80$ for both belts. telling me they both needed to be replaced. Not an issue if he would have called me first. A week later the belt starts slipping I take it back to get it re-tensioned, no issue they did it for free. A month later the belt starts slipping and chirping again. Bring it back they re-tension it again, I ask is it maybe because it was misaligned he says no the belt is just stretching. The issue returns early February so I drop the car off and ask to re-tension the belt again and to look over the car to see if there is any other issues. I come back at the 4:00PM to a 100$ bill for them to "inspect" my car to tell me the issues I already knew and he then went ahead and replaced my rear lightbulb without contacting me again. They also never re-tensioned the belt saying that it was my alternator that is the issue and the belt can't be any tighter... Needless to say we argued over this issue, asking why he replaced a light bulb and didn't contact me again. The owners response "I don't do work for free, I need to make money" I paid and left without getting the issue resolved. They say the work guaranteed for 90 days but don't stand by it. They mark up the cost of parts close to 75% more than from a parts store and they do work that is not requested without contacting you. Avoid this place at all costs, they overcharge and try to rip people off.
