::Recommendation: DO NOT DEAL or PURCHASE from this COMPANY I have demonstrated interested in purchasing building lots from this company I have tried to get very basic info regarding the lots I spoke with some expert staff and their lawyer and both were unable to answer simple questions regarding setbacks. They do not have this information. They have tried to re-direct me to my own architect. After informing them that this was very basic info and typically easily available from any other lot vendor, I was told by their very rude lawyer to purchase a lot elsewhere. If this is how they treat people BEFORE the purchase, imagine how they will treat you after you have purchased a lot. I recommend that you DO NOT DEAL with this company.
