  Excellent resto relativement haut de gamme. Idéal pour la dégustation de multiples plats format entrée. Particulièrement reconnu pour leurs huîtres. Le service intime et personnalisé est très agréable et les serveurs connaissent parfaitement leur menu et décrivent chaque plat qu'ils te servent. Je recommande à 100%!

  Amazing service & very friendly. Fancy bar atmosphere, but with amazing tasting cured meats, oysters, and cheeses. Highly recommend.

  Nourriture incroyable. Employés très courtois et connaisseurs. Réservation pas obligatoire mais nécessaires les gros soirs. Vous avez le choix entre des plateaux à partager ou des portions plus petite qui vous permet de commander 5-6 assiettes pour un beau souper de couple et goûter à tout. Belle sélection de vin. C'est rendu un incontournable à Québec. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue.

  Loved this place! We ordered theoyster and meat charcuterie platter, and it was amazing—as we sat at the chef’s table we also watched the chef put together the other platters, and can say they all looked amazing. The other larger share plates were also exquisite, everything was excellent. They also have a very good wine list — I highly recommend you eat here if you are in Quebec City.
