  The kid on the counter was rude, arrogant and not happy to see a brown coloured person referring to 'stamps' as 'tickets' - as it is called in many parts of the world ! What's wrong with this place ?

  Worst customer service experience. I have to frequently pick up parcels at this location. I deliberately drive to ANY other postal outlet to avoid their awful customer service when shipping outbound.
