  I would give less than 1* if able to.A man working there told me to go elsewhere after getting glasses adjusted that i got at Rideau location and the only reason i can come up with is that he's prejudice for some reason go figure,not going back and i'm telling everyone!

  I booked an appointment with the eye doctor at the Carlingwood location. When I arrived 2 days later, they said they couldn't find the appointment scheduled. A moment later another store employee came over and said that she would serve me. I was taken to the back for a pre-exam and the optometrist came in and did her deed. After receiving the eye glass prescription, it was not even my prescription! I would trust this company. Save your money and go to a real eye specialist. These people are only their for the numbers game. I tried to find the head office to speak with someone and couldn't find one. All I found were bad reviews about blame shifting. Next time I will do better research before I go to a mall eye doctors office.

  The staff at the O'Connor location is professional, very friendly and their service is exceptional! It is very conveniently located and the turnaround is quite fast. Thumbs up!
