  They NEVER order enough books for students. Then you get them to order more when school already started, you wait two weeks and show up again, still no books, then you go back and find out they ordered the wrong ones, then they tell you to go get it yourself on amazon. Horrible service, not to mention the two ladies who deal with the orders are very rude people.

  They didn't order the amount of books the teacher asked for my program and they're not ordering more.

  It has most of the course books, but is overpriced due to their financial structure and high overhead. Amazon will serve more cheaply, if you can sit the three days to get what you need. Staff are great, despite the admin burden.

  Lots of selection. They have all the books you'll need - even if they are overpriced.
