  This place is a really bad hair salon. So I paid for a junior hair stylist and I had my hair in a pony tail so she could cut off 10 inches and I could donate it. But, she cut of 14 inches and with trimming, it ended up being about 16 inches. Not only to add, I asked for layers, which was a big mistake. There were 2 layers and it looked weird. There was an actual inch between the layers and at first I didn't notice, because it was styled nicely, but a few days later it became evident that they were not layers, but uneven hair lengths. I was highly dissapointed with the service and the amount of money I paid for this. I will not come back here again.

  Megan was amazing!! I went in with a rats nest of disgusting damaged hair and only lost 2 inches of length and my hair is silky and lighter!! Best experience!

  I went to L'ATTITUDES at Toronto CF Eaton Centre today (March 9, 2018). The receptionist at the front told me that a cut for woman’s hair cut is $45. But here is what they did WRONG: 1. The receptionist did NOT told me that the cut prices ‘started’ at $45 and would go up without any notice before or during the cut. 2. There were miscommunications with the hair stylist, so the cut itself was NOT done as I described for it to be. She cut my hair much shorter than I directed her to do. 3. The hair stylist had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE in mind at all. She kept telling me not to move with an aggressive tone. She never said a word of ‘PLEASE’ during the entire cut. 4. She repeatedly left me ALONE and went to see other customers, at least 3 times. 5. When I was ready to pay, the hair stylist told me that her cut is $65, instead of the original $45 I was told. I asked why, and she just replied that HER CUTS SIMPLY COST MORE. 6. NEITHER was I told that prices would go up at any point, NOR was I told I would have to pay an extra $20 for a cut that was NOT done in the direction and shape that I EXPECTED it to be. 7. Over all, I ended up paying $80 with taxes and tips included. Not in anyways do I or any other customers should deserve such an inappropriate customer experience. I expected a haircut service that is worth $45, but the entire experience made it worth nothing. I DO NOT recommend this shop at all.

  Kim did a great job with my hair! She did the Brazilian Keratin treatment on my hair it feels amazing! Kim speacializes in Hair Straightening and instantly repairs damaged hair to shiny, healthy hair. Kim has 20 years of experience! I highly recommend Kim!

  Both myself and my sister have been coming to this salon for over 11 years. We are always greeted and welcomed by reception staff & manager Fabio each time as we walk in to see our wonderful and talented stylist Maria. Environment is a laid back atmosphere where I don't feel like an outcast. Staff are friendly,helpful & sociable. Unlike most places, most staff are senior staff who have been there a long time, which shows to me they are a happy bunch & management is doing something right!
