  Staff seemed very inexperienced. Laser removal was done in a tiny room. The entire shop was as big as a closet.

  I'm not sure why all the bad reviews here. I had a very good experience at Laserium, Tatianna is the lady that operates the small spa. I was there on a groupon and she scheduled my treatments with no problem at all. She didn't push me to buy anything either. Their treaments DO work, you just have to follow her instructions which is drink water and work out the same day after treament. I'm only reserving the last star because their hours aren't that great, I had to go during work hours or at lunch :(

  Absolutely horrible experience with Laserium MedSpa. Agree with the other reviewers - stay away from this place if you don't want to waste money. All they care about is how to make money by NOT providing service to Groupon holders who already paid for the service. Not only Laerium MedSpa's customer service is terrible, this company's whole business practice is unethical and fraudulent. They will lie and cheat and do anything in their power to NOT give you the service you pay for in advance.

  Don't go there! The company is a freud!!! The technician stole money from me. She charged me for additional area asking for cash, saying that credit card machine did not work! She did not give me a receipt. The owner called me to check what areas I am having due and then denied the service,saying that she got fired and the police was involved as well! WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

  I had a really positive experience at Laserium. The lipolaser treatment was quick and there was no discomfort. The spa is well run and clean and all my questions were thoroughly answered by the technician. If you are debating giving it a try - I'd recommend you go with this spa.
