  I just bought a new Ram 1500 from Ritchie and he is the reason that I decided to go ahead and get the truck. He was able to explain everything and make the experience great. He went above and beyond for customer service. excellent service. I highly recommend you go see him if you want a new vehicle

  Horrible Experience! Buyer beware! I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe March 6, 2018 and the Engine siezed a week later. I brought it in twice because engine failed and they deemed it safe to drive again. The second time I almost crashed on the Freeway because the engine died. They sold it to me for a cheap price and never told me about any issues. Be warned with these guys. They will be putting my car back on the market..yikes. It is a Lemon. These cars have been recalled in the past for this same issue.

  I just purchased a new 2017 RAM 1500 Sport from Steve at Langley Chrysler and wanted to thank him and everyone there for a great experience! There was no pressure to buy the truck and they even let me take it home for an extended test drive, to make sure it was what I wanted. Steve was extremely helpful with deciding what options would suit us best, which made the final decision that much easier. Thanks again.

  On Dec. 31, 2017, I bought my Jeep from Langley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I talked to my salesperson, Tommy Booth, on the phone in the morning before I went it to give him an idea of what I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership, Tommy greeted my outside. He had three different Jeeps ready and waiting for me to test drive. I found Tommy to be very friendly, knowledgeable, relaxed, and a good listener. He allowed me to test drive the Jeeps for as long as I wanted. After my test drives, it was pretty clear that I was favouring the Jeep Cherokee Limited. Tommy suggested that I take it home and drive it around some more that afternoon. I wound up spending the whole afternoon driving the Cherokee! I fell in love with the V6 Pentastar engine which feels awesome, especially on the highway. The Jeep Cherokee feels rugged like a Jeep should and the Limited trim level includes a great set of premium features that make this Jeep feel refined as well. So "both rugged and refined" is how I describe the feel of this Jeep. After my lengthy test drive, I got back to the dealership after closing on New Year's Eve! It was late but Tommy had everything prepared for me in advance. He made me a very good offer. The financing and insurance staff also stayed after hours so I was able to take my Jeep home that evening. I appreciated how well organized they were (and willing to stay late!) in order to help me get my new Jeep so quickly and easily! After my experience, I would definitely recommend Langley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Tommy Booth.

  Lovely experience. Their staff are efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. The process was painless. I purchased a used vehicle and am really happy with it. They also do follow-up calls to check that all is well. Yes, if you need a decent vehicle at a fair price you won't go wrong with this place. Ask for Shauna and you will most probably get the best deal.
