  We had a great experience working with Steve to secure a purchase plus mortgage on a property we were taking over the lease on. It was a very complicated mortgage on a very tight timeline (two weeks) and Steve nailed it! He walked us through explaining all our details and options. He got us a great rate with good terms and we're very happy with his friendly service.

  I used Steve to renew my mortgage in December. He walked us through all of the options available and helped get the best rate. Everything was done quickly and he worked with our schedule and was always available to answer questions. He also advised us to top up our life insurance to cover the mortgage to ensure we were covered. Very helpful.
