  Brought a battery in to be fixed. They did not charge me because it did not come up to its original state but it is still starting my car just fine!

  I bought a ink cartridge for 20$ without thinking of looking on amazon first. Pictures should say the rest I called and asked politely if I could return it as I had found a better deal for ink, the Cartridge bag hadn’t even been opened and he said he wouldn’t. Do it for cheaper and treat your customers nicer if you want more business bud! Update: I attempted to take off the sticker that says remove

  Excellent customer service, very helpful, and my ink cartridge works just as good as new after a fill, One less ink cartridge in a landfill and you save money.

  Never had a problem with the service or refills for Design Building Centre, but unfortunate how a few misguided reviews can bring down a company's overall rating even when those reviews are mostly nonsensical. Hopefully prospective customers can read those reviews for what they are worth. I've been in business 37 years and have what I consider high standards; Lakehead Inkjet meets those standards without a hitch.
