  This is my favourite flower shop!! Excellent flowers, excellent and very friendly customer service. I highly recommend this florist. They seem genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction, and will work hard to make sure everything is right. Thanks!

  Ordered flowers for a friend who had just lost someone very special to them. Were to be delivered yesterday. Emailed and called to confirm with florist but no response on either platform and now can't even get a hold/leave message via phone. Terrible. *EDIT* Flowers delivered (late) but looked nice. Upped from 1 star to 3 star.

  I must say, I give credit, when credit is due, and the awesome people at ladybug florist, you guys are amazing! I started doing business with ladybug florist the moment I started sending flowers to my girlfriend while I was living in Montreal. Every time I made an order, the delivery was exactly what and when I expected or even more stunning. As a snobby customer, thank you for still giving us the Mamma and Poppa feel with the personal and warm customer service experience, but also for the quality and beautiful execution. If anyone is looking for a flower shop, these guys are the best in Toronto.

  - Good flowers, if they arrive on time. - I wouldn't recommend delivery - paid for rush delivery where the company handed responsibility of delivery with concierge. Recipient wasn't notified by company and concierge had outdated info; where the company had the correct contact number, but failed to call it. (Recipient collected package next day after I found out) - Company E-mail stated: 'We often have to leave the flowers with the concierges and trust that they will ensure the flowers find the recipients' ... Concierges are not paid for deliveries and are not liable. - Delivery handed off to dissociated third party to meet a timeline.
