  Stay Away!!! My boyfriend has rented an apartment in 1650 Boul. Rene Levesque west. The management is awful, and the manager( Daniel Li) is the biggest liar, I have seen in my life. First of all, their place rented for long and short term throw airbnb. So you wont find peace there, because those apartment were rented for short term, there were many people in and out, and the visitors throw the parties up to midnight and they make a lots of noise and there is nobody in office you can complain about the massive noise!!! About long term, the owner just want to sign the lease. Please pay attention: If you want to sign the lease: First the electricity bill never comes less than a $100 per month in winter. However, the manager lies about the bill and always says the hydro bill will cost only $50 bi monthly. Moreover, they never fix any problems that occur in your apartment and you should pay for any repair. Furthermore, the owner never listen to complain. The building is very dirty and people who works in the office they are not supportive, and most of the times they are so rude. The washer and drier are more more than other buildings in downtown. You should pay $2.25 for washing and $2 for drier in total $4.25 and you will see your clothes are still dirty. The management is very poor and rude, and if for any reason you have a problem with them, they will de-active your apartment entry door and you wont access to your apartment and you have to call to the police. However, they will lie and say that your entry door had a problem, and they never did anything about it. MORE IMPORTANT: PLEASE CHECK THE BEDBUGS REGISTRY WEBSITE AS WELL!!!! The only positive about the building that I have to admit is the location of the building is the best. However, the management is the worse. So please talk to some tenant before you move in, please stay away!!!! Check it out some pictures that posted by people that get a room in this place!!!!

  Eh, dated and could use work. Rooms, hallway, and elevator are very run down. The area is very central to everything you'll need in the city

  It was nightmare. Never ever rent an apartment there! The landlord is unhelpful, rude and aggressive. He only cares about money and would not willing to do anything for you. I feel insulted and humiliated. He is a racist !!!!! Not sure how this place stay in business. The room and hobby are dirty, shady and smelly. It is so hard to reach the landlord. The pics and website are not true... I feel completely ripped off.
