  For what it is I was pleasantly surprised. Outside looks ghetto but the room is clean and decent. That's all I need. Nothing more nothing less.

  They charged me 3 payments for 1 night. my bill was only for 1 night, but they charged me extra 120$ + 70$. I called them so many times, but they keep saying one thing that they return the payment to bank or card was not charged extra. I didn't receive any money back in my credit card account. I suggest don't go to this motel because they are charging people for nothing and they wont even answer you why they are charging you the money. Also, the extra payment they cut (120+70), I never received the receipt in my email or in person; I found out when i checked my credit card statement. Room was no doubt good but they should not have charged me extra.

  Nice clean rooms, nothing fancy but comfortable. The staff were excellent and they even pay for your parking in the secure parking complex across the street. Thanks for the great evening

  Location is okay, not immediately desirable given the current state of Oshawa and the locals. Parking is an absolute nightmare and not properly defined or presented in any way that would cater to the public. The hotel itself is a wonderfully built and nice touch to an otherwise shady and sometimes ugly downtown core. I worked briefly on the construction of the hotel so I have some knowledge of it's roots, literally. Service was wonderful as was the clerk, who I've known for some years. Stay was good, well accommodated. Missed out on breakfast but, may stay again if I'm in the area. Truthfully I prefer the Durham Hotel based on location and the extensive renovations as recent. Hope this was informative and helpful. Thanks.

  Amazing experience. We arrived at 230 in the morning and the girl knew we were tired so she promptly got us on our way. GREATLY appreciated. The room was small but perfect for the two of us. Very modern, bed was incredibly comfortable. The hot breakfast was delicious. They had scrambled eggs, sausage patties and waffles. Not to mention a great variety or cereals, bagels, yogurts and juices. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Thumbs WAY up for this hotel. I will definitely stay here any other time I visit Oshawa. Great job!
