  One of the best Italian food, bakery and deli stores I have been too. The food is always great for a quick take out meal or for when planning a party. I like the fact that you can go to just one store and pick up all your Italian ingredients for dinner and desert. You also have to stop by a great breakfast.

  Always a favourite stop--great selection of otherwise hard-to-find European food item available. Fantastic array of cakes, bread and other baked goods. Too good!!!

  La Grotta is a pretty awesome place to get groceries and specific products you might not be able to find at the bigger chain supermarket. I have not bought wine here but they have a big selection and I imagine there are some options not found at the MLCC. I especially enjoy the seafood produce at La Grotta. They have lots of selection for sushi grade fish and you can buy whole boxes of fresh oysters for very reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also sell incredible gelato from their cafe, the pistachio flavour is tasty!

  Really good cake, specifically the Strawberry Mousse Torte. Would prefer warmer manners in-person and over the phone. The folks at the Bakery weren't the friendliest, but the cake made up for it.
