  Great advice from the boot section! The guy was incredibly patient. I'm usually a really difficult buyer, I need a lot of time to choose the product that is good for me. But he showed me many pairs until I found the one that suited my needs! I would definitely recommend the store!

  Great products! Terrible customer service! Unfortunately service was so poor that I decided to take my business to another store to spend a couple thousand dollars on a bicycle.

  Very good high end products. Staff are nice and helpful. Prices are expensive but fair for this type of products.

  since there isn't any shops that sell decent outdoorsy related items where i am, its good to have one that does not too far away. ok selection on bikes (found on the upper floor) and its related items but they carry a ton of great outdoor gears/clothing on the other hand. and its mostly local brands which is a big plus as you'd be buying local. they have their bike workshop in the basement. great helpful staff. as they look at your bike, you can browse the main floor as well as the upper floor. great helpful friendly staff always happy to help you out. their seasonal sales are pretty awesome too and makes it worth the trip as regular price can be pricey. beware though that you'd be spending quite some time on the main floor looking through racks of clothing/items.
