  Few years back I went to that Koodo spot. I had the best service! Today after leaving a message more than 24 hours ahead, I decided to go and drive all the way there. I found 3 lazy boys leaning against the counter, walking a step looked difficult to them. There were no clients... These guys were playing their phones and were almost offended to see a client. Lazy does not even give justice to the attitude. No smiles, no greetings...why does koodo hires such "unmotivated" staff.
