  I've been with Koodo for seven years and this is the first time I've had a bad experience with them. Asked about a promo, literally wanted to upgrade my phone on the spot and the agent was curt, unhelpful, didn't seem to care at all. What gives? Don't you work on commission? Very disappointed.

  Agree with the review below that Eric is a good employee. Fixed an issue with my account that a store in Mississauga managed to screw up leaving me without phone line for 24 hrs.

  My wife and I were assisted by a nice lady who helped us getting our prepaid phones. However, she misled us as to what we should do to later on change to postpaid. Eventually, at Yorkdale Mall, we figured out we can't have an account at Koodo because we are temporary residents.
