  As an existing koodo customer, I'm blown away as to how rude and unhelpful the staff acts. On multiple occasions the staff at this kiosk acts like a bunch of uninterested idiots and offers no real solutions to any of my koodo related problems and concerns. Koodo is fine.. this kiosk is just a nightmare. Don't waste your time there.

  One of the staff there (Hannah, I think) was fantastic! I was looking at different plans and my partner needed a new phone, but wasn't planning on getting one for a while. She was so helpful, enthusiastic, and honest when she was explaining the phones and the plans that my partner, after looking at online reviews later of the phone she recommended, went out of his way to buy the phone from her. We didn't really deal with the other staff, so I can't comment on them, but I will definitely buy a phone there from her when I need a new one. Very impressed.
