  Reached out to a sales representative to purchase an office chair and have not heard back. Called a few times to see if there was someone available and each time everyone was in a meeting or not around. Would have preferred to support my own city and purchase from them, however their customer service was less than satisfactory. Bought my chairs from a company out west called Gr Shop. They were helpful and professional.
