::As a student at UBC, getting to the facility isn't difficult. The staff are AMAZINGLY helpful, they will help you in any way that they can. Special shout out from our group who they stayed open late to allow us to move the last of our things into our locker before we flew out the next day. Wouldn't go anywhere else to store our things in Vancouver

::The staff were incredibly helpful, and kind, even staying after closing to make sure we were able to get all of our stuff in the locker. They helped wherever they could and were very relaxed and understanding about any issue. The locker itself is pretty simple, but it was very cheap too. I would absolutely recommend this facility
