  jaimeraie partagé mon expérience videotron de ce matin. je devai raporté mon terminal videotron dans une sucursale pret de cher nous...moi qui trouvai sa cool de pas devoir attendre a la poste canada 10 minute pour envoyer le terminal comme avec bell 😂 entré dans le magasin 10h10 sortie a 11h02 seulement 2 commi pour servir les client j'orai bien aimer partir comme l'ont fait les 5-6 client derière moi entre temps...

  The service here is reprehensible. It is blatently obvious that the only thing this branch is interested in, is squeeszing more money out of your pockets. Who manages this branch? I ask because there was cirtainly no leadership in sight when I was there. Hands down my worst experience with videotron. I would recommend you visit another branch.

  Excellent customer service. The representatives took their time to help me set up two wireless accounts and find the best deals.

  Excellent customer service, the representatives seem to be genuinely trying to find you the best deal. During my last visit the representative showed me I could get a bigger mobile plan for the same price due to discounts. Resulted in a free new phone.
