  Always quick through the drive through and never had an issue with an order. As far as KFC food goes it is what it is.

  Absolute garbage customer service. Worst attitudes of any foreign staff i've ever seen in my life. Screw my order up several times, and give me attitude for simply bringing up a concern? Asking if i'm "Satisfied enough yet" after I walked into the building to show you that you blatantly got my order wrong from the drive thru. Also, they pretty much only sell flat soda. If you for some reason are starving to death and have to eat kfc from this location, make sure Vivian isn't the one working the drive thru.

  I ordered new KFC delivery, Ordering the Ultimate 4 PC Box Meal it has the option to replace the pieces with the chicken tenders, however when I received my delivery it was 1 chicken tender with 3 big pieces. When I called to say my order was wrong, the lady was apologetic but said it was my fault that I didn't click the button 4 times? I went back to the website to see what I did wrong and it was only the 1 option to substitute the tenders, not tender...They would not redeliver my correct order and said I could drive it back to them to get it fixed...but the whole reason I got it delivered was because I was unable to leave work. Very disappointed :( The fries were cold and the pieces were way to greasy.

  The working staff are fantastic. The regional general managers and area coaches, namely Kat and Keith, display poor leadership and little concern for their employees. No respect for workers. Do not work here.

  So...She asked me if I wanna some sauce for hot Wings and I said yes honey mustards please..She puts the sauce in the bag and gave it to me. So I opened it..And double check it if they are right sauces..The heck? She gaves me stupid hot sauces?? So I asked her.. excuse me, I said honey mustard please then she said oh sorry, the manager said we are not allow to give honey mustard for hot wings. Only popcorn chicken etc. I'm like oh okay you better tell me earlier that what kind of sauce before you put in the bag ..Like seriously, the Fk? Don't forgot to give me the stupid napkins as well. So yeah DON'T FORGET THE NAPKINS! LIKE ALMOST 10 TIMES!
