  The worst customer service I have ever experienced! We were 10 mature. We asked for a large table but the front desk cashier told us we can't have a large table since the area was already. She did not care when we left the store hungary. We won't go back to this store at all as they don't care about their customer.

  Very bad customer service! We were 10 mature and respectful friends trying to have dinner together. The front desk cashier told us we can't have a large table since the area was already cleaned, instead she suggested 1 small table which was not acceptable. She even noticed we left the store hungary and didn't do anything about it. We won't go back to this store at all!

  03/08 6:15pm = Ordered a bucket of chicken (12pcs & fries) took drive thru and took them 15min to place my order & waited another 5mins to get my order. Asked for "extra crispy" and staff says none available. Came home to feed family and found out all big pieces of chicke were on top of the bucket & all small pieces were hiding in the bottom😯 literally small ones! Very upsetting knowing that some franchise store never meet the standard of KFC. Never again going to that place!

  Well nothing's new about them. It's an international franchisee and the food is what we expect it to be. Especially in this franchisee the staffs are really nice and polite. And very fast in providing the orders. Good job

  I love their zinger burger. I only wish they have spicy chicken like the ones in th Philippines and that their gravy be free.
