  I brought my daughters necklace into get it fixed even though it was not gold they took the time to fix it my daughter was so happy it made her day and to top it all off there was no charge I will be back thank you very much

  This place is so helpful, I went in having no idea what to get my mother for but the staff helped me pick the perfect necklace that was a reasonable price. My mother loved it so much she almost forgave me for forgetting her birthday again

  So disappointed. Will not be returning. Kens came highly recommended. Had several pieces appraised for resale, and a bail replaced on a pendant. The appraisals came all on one sheet, virtually useless for our purposes. Was not made aware that if we wanted them on separate sheets we had to pay full price for each appraisal instead of the graduated pricing they gave us. When discussing this afterwords was told that ink was expensive and that was the way “everyone” did appraisals. Immediately checked with a different jeweller, and they did not do appraisals that way. Was told that worn bail should be replaced rather than built up as before, not told the bail would not look the same as the original. Would have just gotten it built up again if I had known this. The mismatched bail takes away from the piece. Also claws replaced on my ring, that was close to what I expected. Very poor communication with describing services and no attempt to assist when I voiced my disappointment. Will never do business there again. :(
