  The store do not offer the collection I needed. But, the salespeople are very helpful and friendly.

  Everytime i come here i never get greeted. I guess more business for Ted Baker when i go to pacific centre

  Kate Spade website do not have Canadian inventory tracking option so I called this location to see if a watch is available. Very nice lady picked up and but I was informed that they cannot look up items by SKUs (what?), I have to explain to her what the watch look like instead. (what?) After a minute or so she hung up on me, most likely an accident but poor experience nevertheless.
