  Decent location with a good selection of tires, picked up a pair of winter Nokian tires and they have been fantastic. The staff is helpful and quite knowledgeable. I also found that their customer service is very good, when I let them know I wasn't happy about something they made sure to find a solution that work for me, clearly showing they care about customer retention. They are usually very busy, so appointment is recommended.

  The staff at this location were amazing! I got a flat tire just as I was about the leave Calgary to travel back home to Saskatoon, and they were beyond helpful! They had to get a tire from another store, and even with that delay assured I got in that day so I wouldn't miss work the next day. They even helped us to find something to do in the meantime since we were unfamiliar with the area. Specifically Don and Steven, the best service I've ever had!

  Staff and service are amazing here! Was having some horrible luck and several bad days and last thing I needed was a flat tire from a random screw. These guys promptly fixed my tire the next morning without appointment, mounted it back on and stored my spare time back under the car and did it all for free! Tires were OE tires not from Kal Tire. Just amazing treatment and exactly what I needed after the last few days. To the owner and staff, keep it up! Excellent customer service that goes the extra mile is such a differentiator these days and so hard to find. These guys have earned my future business for sure!

  Amazing service! The staff were super helpful and accommodating!! I came very close to closing time but had a huge leak in my tire and they were able to get me in, fixed, and saved my whole weekend! Thank you so much for your help!

  This independently owned and operated tire shop is trustworthy and skilled. They ensure that staffed are properly trained for the work they do. In addition to tires, KAL also works on minor mechanical such as brakes and wheel bearings. They only do the work that is required and do not recommend additional work that is not needed. Their product prices and shop rates are competitive. Finally, the staff great customers - men and women - with respect.
