Super grateful to Jones Brown, if you need somebody to really take the time to make your life easier they are the ones to go see!!! Needed a combined home and auto insurance policy after moving from BC, which meant I couldn't renew my old ones. Andrew was super helpful and took all the time needed to answer all my questions. We finally enacted one policy and the next day Andrew realized that he could change some of the conditions to be more appropriate for our circumstances so he made the effort to make that happen.

Ms Scott is referring to a complaint that her (unnamed) company filed with the Alberta Insurance Council (AIC) alleging that Jones Brown allowed their property policy to expire without notice to them. What Ms Scott fails to mention is that the AIC dismissed the complaint of her company, and found no wrong doing on the part of Jones Brown or Ms Chatham. The AIC found that Jones Brown advised the company of the pending lapse of its policy, and that the company knew or ought to have known that the policy was going to lapse and chose to allow it to lapse. More specifically, there was absolutely no finding of any dishonesty or wrongdoing whatsoever on the part of Heather Chatham. Under such circumstances, Ms Scott’s comments are not only misleading, but are completely inappropriate.

Jones Brown is A JOKE!!! DO NOT USE Them!! My company had to file a complaint with the Alberta Insurance Council. And most likely will have to take legal action against them. We had a flood at our office. Heather Chatham Let our policy expire and did not notify them. . In my opinion Heather is an extremely dishonest individual and is trying to cover up her errors with deception.
