::I found a guitar I liked, made an offer and they accepted the offer. I then inquired if they had an amp to try the guitar out. She immediately refused, and told me I either take the guitar as is or the offer is no longer valid. She then changed her mind and immediately told me that the offer is no longer good even if I took it without trying. Then I got angry and tried to leave but I couldn't because she wouldn't open the door. The absolute worse service I have ever had in a pawn shop. Plus, it is the dirtiest pawn shop I have ever seen.

::These guys are great. Honestly. Had my guitar stolen and was pawn shop hunting hoping to find it, found the same model (but certainly not mine) and these guys sold it to me for a really great price! Super sad to see my old one gone, but these guys definitely made my bad day better. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
