  Although they are nice enough, the wait times to fill prescriptions are long every time. Regardless of day of the week or time of day, they seem to always have a wait time of over 40 minutes. I switched to them because my previous pharmacist was pretty rude. Maybe rude and fast is better after all. I’m writing this review while waiting... it’s been an hour. So I asked if it’s normal that it takes over an hour, and they actually had a little discussion to tell me that yes, it’s normal to wait over an hour on weekends because they only have one pharmacist on weekends. No indication that this was a situation they were seeking to change or improve - their attitude was like it’s normal to wait over an hour to fill a standard prescription.

  C'est le pire service du monde! Pour une ordenance de routine dans un mercredi matin sans rien d special avec 5 client avant de moi, ca ma pris plus de 1h17min d attendre! En plus, le personnel est bête et te traite comme si tu mendier tes médicaments.

  Never tried the prescription counter so I can't speak about that but I like this Jean Coutu and I've never had a hard time finding a product or waiting long at the cash. Staff are OK overall when you need help.

  Service extrêmement lent même pour un avis de médicaments on doit attendre une éternité Alors pour une ordonnance faut pas rêver
