  They installed my two-way remote car starter/alarm in the spring time. Initially, the “Car Finder” functionality was not enabled, but they were happy to take care of it at my request. Works great. Then, in colder weather of winter, the car was not able to start (due to longer cranking time required by Subaru). They increased the crank time in the remote starter and it works beautifully at -28. After that, when it quit working again they squeezed me in to assess the problem and discovered I had accidentally flicked the “valet switch” under the dashboard (when I had started the vehicle with my snowboard boots on). They got it up an running in about 2 minutes. It’s a bit of a long story, but they did NOT treat me like a was being a difficult customer. They are great. I’d recommend them to anyone.

  Had taken my car there to get subs installed. Service was great until I started to have problems with my electronics after a week. They were quick to point me to different places I could get things repaired but were not willing to help unless I paid. Would not recommend to anyone that I know. Horrible experience.
