::Best service for Asian built cars. Frank and his mechanics know their cars. After buying my cars I never went back to the dealer unless it was a recall repair.

::Excellent service. I'll go back again. They change only what needs to be changed and charge accordingly.

::Japan Auto is fantastic. I had nothing but trouble when I took my car to another more corporate mechanic which I won't mention here. Japan Auto fixed my problems for literally 1/10th the price when compared with where I had been taking my car for repairs before. Not only that, but they took the time to explain what they did and helped me to understand. They are very friendly. Great experience! I would not hesitate to recommend them! 10/5!!!

::An incredible garage and mechanics. When I made an appointment with Frank, he said that he was booking 2 weeks ahead. I told him that I was worried about my brake light coming on. After some discussion, he told me to check the brake fluid level and to top if up if it was low. I did as instructed, and the brake light shut off. Today, I brought my car in for its appointment. Before driving out West to BC, I wanted to have my 1985 Toyota Corolla checked out/tuned up. Mike, one of his mechanics, completed a three-page checklist, washed out and refilled the coolant receptacle, checked all the fluids, and filled out a report for me, which showed that my car was perfectly fit. It also showed the items that would have to be addressed in the future. Frank went over the important parts of the list for me. Before I left, Mike went with me to the car to give me a 3-minute demonstration of 7 trouble-shooting areas I could look at under the hood in case I ran into trouble. Not in 30 years have I felt so well looked after by mechanics, and the price was half what my mechanic in BC would have charged me. Truly an amazing place. A million thanks Frank and Mike. I feel really safe driving my car across the country now.
