  Fast and reliable reparation. Made the command for missing pieces and also adviced to change another problem in the car. I saw a real difference on my driving experience

  À chaque visite, il fut très sec et limite bête avec moi (je me considère hyper gentille avec les commerçants). Il m'a redonné des pneus trop vieux pour prendre la route suivant mes visites, même qu'il m'a donné mon pneu crevé irrécupérable parmis tous les pneus (je n'y connais rien, j'ai dû apporter 11 pneus au garage la dernière fois pour départager les bons des mauvais). Il n'a pas posé les bonnes "noix" sur mes pneus (ce qui aurait pu causer une perte de roue, selon mon concessionnaire). À éviter absolument.

  I really bothers me when someone puts bad reviews without actual facts...Mr. Thibault is anything but lazy. He has experience, he's been taking care of my BMW X3 for 5 years now, and never had any type of problem with him. I'm still coming even if I don't live in Verdun anymore. I don't mind to drive 30KM to leave my car for service. I would recommend it to anyone!

  Served well on Christmas Eve when our muffler dropped. He fixed it rapidly and did it at a good price, choosing to do an option that was cheaper, and it held up for years after that.

  Asked if they had time for a same day visit. He said he was booked. I called him out and showed up. Once I pointed out how he wasn't busy and was just lazy he did the work on my car. In retrospect I shouldn't have called him lazy before working on my car.
