  We purchased new bathroom fixtures and a new stainless steel shower curtain piece for our home in the City. While the pieces are beautiful, the installation was shoddy. I couldn't believe my eyes when we had a guest over a few weeks later and the shower curtain piece came off the ceiling and into the tub: the entire thing was screwed into the drywall and was almost entirely supported by the bathtup faucet!!! Not one anchor was used. I had to fix it myself and considering the $5,000 spent I was more than annoyed. As well, I'm calling in a new plumber tomorrow to fix one of the faucet's they installed which has never really worked right and is finally now inoperable.
