  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLE SERVICE Was given this company's name by an acquaintance. Called to inquire about long-stay properties in Portugal. Spoke to "Isobel" who was to email me with information next day. Did not hear back, so called 1 week later to inquire again. Spoke to another lady who said I would get a call back later that morning. Days later and still no response from anyone at JM Vacations. If they don't want to or cannot help you SAY SO UP FRONT!
