  Food was good. Service was very poor. Our waitress seemed new and lost on how to manage her tables. The wait staff refused to help each other and when we asked another waitress for more water she huffed and said she'd get our server. Team work is badly needed. Took 20mins to get the check. Others who finished after us got their checks first even after we had asked for it twice.

  I am a local resident. Last time I went there was with a group of 10 people for lunch. Tables were half full. When done we were all ready to check out. In this situation normally the waiter/waitress would take everybody's card or money and checkout in one batch. But this waitress did the checkout one by one - take one person's payment, go to the counter at the other end of the room, process, return with receipt or change. Sometimes she did multiples round trips for one person. Sometimes she was distracted by other things. By the time it was my turn, which is second to last, 30 min has lapsed. Also, either by coincidence or by her subconsciousness, the last two people, including me, are the only visible minorities of the group and we were not sitting adjacent. Maybe I have read too much into her, but waiting for 30 min on an unbusy day alone is good enough to mark it as my worst restaurant checkout experience. JBI, you are on my blacklist.

  Indifferent service, inconsistent food over several visits. Used to be good, what happened?
