  Bought an iPad here. Sameer was extremely helpful and professional. Explained us very smoothly with hands on. His ability was admirable. Great shopping here

  I went to iworld on 8 of Feb. I had already been to the store the day before to narrow it down to the product i wanted to buy. On failing to get the info from the staff working which i hoped will help me to pick the specific product i went in the next day. I met the store manager expecting they will have more answers for me than rest of the their staff. After i was finally ready to buy i was told by the manger my Identification wouldn’t work for some silly reason i couldn’t get my head around, frustrated i called GM Daryl Harr to actually find out why my identification wouldn’t work. Mr. Harr was polite enough (way more than their staff working at that time) to email the store manager to find out what was happening. As soon as i got back after i was done with my call i checked with the manger. The manger changed their attitude right away after i told them i called their boss, they got my id & got me approved for everything. The manger failed to mention that there will be an account fee on top of only one time fee that i was explained initially. When i mentioned i wasn’t told of that fee manager got angry and started talking loud & rudely. I walked out of the store getting & saying nothing. I wrote an email to the GM explaining everything, it’s been over a month haven’t got anything back. I should’ve shared my experience a little bit earlier but i didn’t have more time to waste. Still came back & adding another 1 star review (lowest i can go) with so many others written on google maps. Apple products are great but expensive so not a lot of people buy them everyday, it’s mostly once in a year thing and when customers do walk in a store to get specifically an apple product they should be treated way more professionally than what i have experienced more than once with iworld. Having staff with no actual knowledge of the technology that they are trying to sell is just confusing customers rather than the help and answers they should be getting from an apple authorized reseller.

  I went into the store to get the new Macbook Pro and I asked one of the employees for a model with a specific set of specs. A few moments later, he returned with the unfortunate answer that they were sold out. I was completely fine with that answer, however he didn't end his sentence with they're sold out, but "it's been already spoken for by me". If he hadn’t done it in such a gloating and unprofessional manner than I wouldn’t have cared, and would have instead congratulated the employee on his acquisition, but instead he had to act petty. Overall, the experience was terribly unprofessional and I will never consider buying a product from here, unless it’s my last and only option.

  Poor sales help no hands on cranky employees not just upper management will not buy from here. Market Mall has a better reseller great customer service.

  look like my last review got deleted:- My roommate worked here are was treated the worst..it was so upsetting seeing him after work. This company doesn't value their employees. Honestly the last 3, 5 star reviews seem fake. They also make it extremely hard to give you a refund if you want to return a product, if you dare open it and change your mind you are charged a certain % as "restocking fee". I went to their competitor for my upgrade and will advise anyone to spend their hard earned money someplace else!!
