  I received a bad batch of flowers. Explained what happened today and she kindly replaced my flowers. Super kind and gave great advise that will help these new flowers fare better.

  This flower shop is my mom's favourite so naturally I get my flowers here every single year for her. The arrangements are always unique and beautiful. The flowers are so fresh that they last for such a long period of time and the staff have always been very kind to me.

  The shop made a spelling mistake on the card, crossed it out and delivered it as is. I don't understand why they didn't write a new card, very lazy. They also were difficult about arranging a time to deliver.

  They took my order but did not deliver. They didn't even border to call until 3 hours after the appointed delivery time!
