::I just called to ask if they could recommend a machine similar to one that resembles another in properties that is no longer available in Canada. All the lady kept saying was "we don't have that one, we don't have that one". I KNOW! I'm asking what you DO have! She was also extremely RUDE. Would not listen to me at all. I was willing to go there today and BUY something similar. I just called a competitor in Edmonton and I'm going to see three machines in the next couple of weeks. Which means I'm in the market to buy THREE DIFFERENT MACHINES. Which I will be driving out to EDMONTON to buy in the next couple of weeks. International just lost potential business for being absolutely rude.

::We took our Singer machine into this shop for repairs and tune up. Turns out the machine's electronics are damaged and beyond repair. They totally ignored or misdiagnosed this, and simply went through the motions of oiling and adjusting the machine. Some $80.00 dollars later and still with a non-functioning machine they ignored my request to negotiate a refund. I was very fair and equitable about this. I would be very skeptical and wary of utilizing this shop for anything beyond the simplest maintenance.
