  Very nice hotel but dated. Rooms are clean, but again, it's a dated look. If you're looking for a place with a good gym, don't come to this one. The gym is smaller than the standard king size rooms, and does not have a stocked water cooler/drinking fountain. Great staff, however. Very friendly and super helpful with my requests. Would recommend just for location and service, but definitely not for amenities.

  Very nice hotel. Doorman and front desk staff are very friendly. My room was very clean and king bed was quite comfy. My room was wheel chair accessible so came with full size shower instead of bath/shower combo. I ordered a chocolate ice cream and cookie dessert from the room service that was quick and very tasty. I would recommend this hotel to all.

  We enjoyed our stay. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We would stay there again.

  We have been going to this hotel at least 2 times a year for the past 10 years now and love it! This Intercontinental hotel is always clean, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary and we will always add it to our booking when it's available! Fresh fruit including dragon fruit, cured meats, yogourt parfaits with granola, pumpkin seeds and fresh blueberries and strawberries. A choice of scrambled or poached eggs with light butter milk pancakes. A lovely sauna that actually works and the pool is salt water on the top floor with a beautiful view. This is really a great place and it's right across from the Royal Ontario Museum!

  The staff, over Christmas were lovely and helpful. We stayed 4 days, the rooms and linens were clean and well kept. I came down with a cold during my stay and the staff helped me find comfort when I needed soup and tissue in the middle of the night. The desk staff are all helpful and kind. I will come back, and I will recommend to my friends and family
