  Weirdest phone system I've seen lol keeps crshing, wants a voicemail then wants us to connnect the call... Then they gave the wrong number that was printed off my insurance slip (was a furniture insurance company). Very odd.....

  That do not answer their phones, and when you leave a message they do not call you back. They put up the insurance without notifying, only sending a price adjustment two weeks after they have already charged your account the extra price..

  Bunch of crooks. High premiums, glad I got out when I did.
