  This upcoming July I am getting a memorial tattoo along with my sister and mother. The date is very important to us because it is the day my grandma passed away 10 years ago. I went to Ink Alley because it is close to my home and work; it was somewhere I could drop in and talk to the artist without having to bus all around the city. I went in a little while ago and told the group of artists that I knew I was very early, but the date was important and it was also necessary to have 3 back to back spots. They did not ask why the date was so important. Instead, I was called bossy and essentially laughed out of the store. There was 1 out of 5 who saw I was upset and said to just "put it in the calendar" which his coworker did not do. Thank you to that one individual. Shame on the rest of you. This tattoo means the world to me, and you have successfully caused yourselves to lose 3 customers for that day. I am absolutely appalled at their extreme lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially those who are specific about what they want.
